WinTaper comes in two downloads.
Which one is right for you depends on which version of Microsoft
Windows your computer has. Please read the descriptions and
system requirements carefully to be sure you are getting the
correct version. The programs are EXACTLY THE SAME for all
platforms.

Microsoft Win32s Runtime Library
version 1.30 for Windows 3.1, 3.11 and Windows for Workgroups
Required runtime library for using
WinTaper on 16-bit platforms. You can download a version of
WinTaper which includes this library above. Once you install
Win32s you will not need to download it again and you can
download subsequent versions of WinTaper without the library
included, which make for a much smaller file. If you do not
know whether or not you already have Win32s installed (and
you may well already have it - it's fairly common) download
the chk32s utility first and run it.

WinTaper conversion utility
tpf2wtf.exe - This utility will convert .tpf files
created by the MS-DOS program TbASE to the newer WinTaper
.wtf format. Requires WinTaper 1.50 or higher
